This Coffee Comes From The Brothers Alejandro And Horacio Solis From The Don Oscar Farm, With Whom We Have Been Collaborating For 11 Years. The Microlot Of The Catuaí Variety Was Processed Using The Honey Method In The Highest Part Of The Farm Called Coyote. Coffees From This Part Of The Farm Are Among The Most Intriguing In Flavor Every Year, And We Source Them From Costa Rica.
