The Farm, Situated At 1720 Meters Above Sea Level, Features Fertile Soil And Ample Fresh Water. Jelber, In Collaboration With Azahar, Is Producing A Classic Washed Coffee With An Extensive 12-Hour Underwater Fermentation Process To Remove The Mucilage, Followed By An 8-Day Drying Period.
